Are you sure that they are the right files? Aim circle now uses 2 circles to optimize aiming after WoT v0.
The only difference is the melty's I have uploaded has the minimap and zoomed minimap turned off as I much prefer XVM for it. I had it up and running just fine with revision build on common test last night.

I have tryed your suggestion and it still dosen't work. Go To Topic Listing. You need server side crosshair enabled in general options per normal.
